The Building Partners of Central Indiana exists to facilitate a more efficient, innovative, and price effective method for a group of Select Custom Builders to sell homes, remodeling projects, or commercial projects in partnership with a group of Preferred Vendors.

Because of this cooperation and team work, the BPCI is continually raising the bar for what it means to be a member of this group for both the Builders and the Vendors, which serves only to enhance the homebuyers experience when they deal with one of select custom builders.

BPCI Builder Member Requirements

The following are a small sample of the requirements of the Builder Members, but are indicative of the expectation of the group:

  • Is a member in Good Standing of BAGI
  • Has been in Business for 2 or more years, or its Principals/Partners have at least 5 years of verifiable home building experience with a reputable Builder
  • Has not had a disreputable business history or have any bankruptcies with 2 previous years of their application to be a member of the BPCI
  • Has passed a substantial credit application
  • Attends Monthly Membership Meetings;
  • Continuously promotes best practices
  • Business practices and payment history are reviewed yearly by both their Peers and the Preferred Vendor Members of the Group.
